Notifications are not going away

I have these two notifications that will not go away. Two counter offers were accepted weeks ago, and when I'm on the website, I repeatedly get notifications pop up on the side of my screen and 2 notifications in my Notifications. No matter how many times I click them or X them out, they always reappear.

Note: I am not having this issue on the eBay app, just the website on PC.

It's an Ebay glitch. They need to fix it. Ebay is aware of the issue.

Thank goodness, I'm having this problem too. So far the past couple of weeks, I've experienced multiple major glitches. I was already not pleased with the layout change of the site, the glitches have made me frustrated being on eBay at all.
