I have a notification (Bell icon) stuck in the system, I guess. Keeps popping up on my screen. The item is something that a counteroffer was accepted on. It has been shipped, received and feedback left for each other. I cannot get it to go away. All messages are read and put the correspondence in the trash. Any ideas how to get rid of it? If anything, it's just annoying! Thank you!
