Listed two NGC graded coins and both were taken down as fakes by ebay. I bought both coins from Pinehurst Coins on ebay. Pinehurst does not sale fake NGC graded coins nor do I.
Trying to get an explanation is impossible with the complete lack of customer service and I have had enough ebay to do me the rest of my life.
Ebay has been like the girl who you get away from and miss and wonder why you left just to return and have all the reasons shoved right in your face.
Everyone makes mistakes but the complete lack of explanation or an apology is insane. Such a tiny thing to make up for their mistake would fix everything...but asking too much of the billionaires I guess.
Go to Hell ebay. Closing my account when, and if, you ever pay me what you owe.

I'm critical of eBay because eBay has earned the criticism. It is not because I hate eBay, but because I hate what eBay has become. My business has multiple income streams and eBay used to be a large part of it. I still sell everything I have for sale, but a lot less of it goes through eBay now. I have to divide my attention and work twice as hard to sell. A properly functioning eBay with buyers would be so much easier.
I have been selling here for over 20 years. I remember the days of getting checks and money orders in the mail.

Unfortunately, I remember those days as well. 😉

Yes there is: eBay sucks!
I get it, you are upset with Ebay for whatever reason you have. You have every right to feel whatever way it is that you do. Still it doesn't mean that every seller leaves because they feel wronged by Ebay in some way. Sure some do, but some have other reasons and some are suspended by Ebay for a host of different reasons.

From your posts it does appear you "hate Ebay", just so you know. If you are trying to come across differently, it isn't working the way you intend it to.
I understand the part of having to work harder to sell stuff. My point of view isn't because of anything Ebay has done but the ever changing desires and wants of buyers. It all changes over the years.
Speaking just for myself, because of how buyers shop and buy, I learned a long time ago that posting on multiple venues was a positive thing for my income. Not all shoppers come here nor do all shoppers go to other sites. It is a mixture. So with more exposure come more sales. Which of course is why I am here.
As to working harder because of the multiple venues, for me the answer is yes and no. Yes because it is inventory and listings that have to be kept updated on each venue, but no because after 24 years I've learn some streamlined ways of accomplishing some things, which of course saves time.
