Not on featured page, lack of views

I have a listing that has better prices than my peers (https://www.ebay.ca/itm/185865120872).  However after a pretty strong start, my views and sales have dropped off significantly.  This is really frustrating because I offer far better prices than the higher rated sellers and I go through each order and apply discounts manually as needed.  I hoped that better pricing would help me grow my rating but this has turned out not to be the case.

eBay created a featured page for the type of cards that I'm selling but I'm not on that page

(https://www.ebay.ca/e/sports-fan-shop/tim-hortons-hockey-cards).  This is frustrating for me because it's getting on this page is probably a huge advantage.

I am really struggling to figure out why this is happening.  I don't know what I am not doing, what I am doing wrong, or what others are doing right.  These are some factors that I feel are not working in my favour.

- My rating is quite low relative to the top sellers.  I'm only at 181 where some of the top sellers of these products having ratings over 1000.

- I don't buy sponsored ads.  Because this posting is in low dollar cards, I can't take a further hit.

- I don't have a store.  I currently don't see the point in paying a fee for a store when I'm not generating enough sales to justify getting a store.

- I'm not on the eBay featured page and  I have no idea how to get on there.  How do I get on that page?  It seems like it is only available to "top-rated sellers".

I'm looking for feedback on how to do better.

I'm bumping this because this post somehow was falsely marked as spam and it didn't get the views other posts received.  eBay removed the spam label after I complained about it.  Any tips on how I can do better would be appreciated.
