Posting transaction feedback seems to have become less popular nowadays.
Not only the buyer but more sellers now seem to not bother posting feedback for their buyers after they receive positive feedback.
I speak from personal experience.
This does not motivate buyers to continue to leave positive feedback for sellers
Realize that all buyers have 100% anyway.

It doesn't matter if you give it to everyone, a certain percentage will not leave it for you, it's just the way it is. It's not a requirement. On my selling account I may get 60-70% of buyers leaving feedback. Treat it like love, give it freely without expectation and leave it at that!

Not all buyers and sellers leave feedback, and it's voluntary.
However, buyers and sellers have 60 days to leave feedback, so some of your buyers might leave feedback before the time frame is up.
I know you're trying to build up a feedback score, but be patient, your feedback score will get higher and higher eventually..
At this point, just be happy you are getting some sales..

What the other posters said is all true . I always leave my buyers feedback but I don't always receive it ,, perhaps now about 50 % will eventually leave it . Bear in mind that most buyers don't spend as much time on e bay than most sellers do . Sometimes they will get around to leaving feedback for a previous order when they come back on to shop for something else . Tulips

Since eBay started its money back guarantee for buyers the need for buyer to leave feedback has gone down. Buyer know eBay will help them in the event they do not get what they thought they were buying, so feedback seems to be of little importance to most buyers until they have a bad experience, which they then think it is important to warn others.
eBay also reminds buyers and sellers about leaving feedback, so there are several chances for users to leave feedback if they truly wanted to.
Good Luck Selling!

Agreed. Buyers are leaving FB less and less. One thing I have encountered lately in trying to leave feedback for my purchases is a note that comes up and says I cannot leave that seller FB until 7 days has passed.
What is up with this? Why 7 days? Every single one of these FB no feedback for a week accounts got my package to me ahead of schedule too. How many FB's are lost because the system doesn't allow the buyer to leave one right away? How many bother to come back a week later and leave that seller FB?
Anyone know what this 7 day FB hold is about?
The only thing I know about it ,, is buyers can't leave negative feedback for power sellers until they've waited 7 days . You should be able to leave positive feedback instantly . Tulips

I realize when you only have a FB score of 3 you may feel handicapped in selling... Larger FB sellers look more impressive. Normally I just recommend sellers not worry about FB since they are here to sell, not amass FB. But with a 3 FB seller I do feel a little bit differently. As a buyer I may not purchase from you because I feel you lack experience. So instead, I would recommend going on a good old fashion shopping spree. Find some items you need and go out and buy them. Buy only items that you really do need. Your FB score will increase and buyers will not notice that some of those FB are as a buyer as well.

Well .I am glad I am not the only person to have this problem. But I have to agree that no feedback is better than negative feedback. I would like to have ebay step in and leave feedback for sellers who earn it.
