Oh no, Ives read these messages on here and now I too can not even get to my Home Page to list anything. What have they done now?

This has been happening to me for two months. Every time I go through the whole listing process I get the same message about the Home Page. Then nothing happens. I am getting tired of this as I have been on Ebay for years. No solution has been even noted.
