Hello,
Customer wanted to cancel an order. I am trying to approve cancellation request, but ebay says "something went wrong. please try again".
I tried to contact customer service regarding this matter, following the steps:
Help and contact > contact us > selling > after you sold something > cancel a sale > it says "we didn't fiind a good match for your search. Please try again.
I tried with other options too, but it still says "we didn't find a good match for your search. Please try again."
I want to approve buyer's order cancellation request, but I am not able to. Neither I am able to contact customer service. Please help me solve the problem.

Turn off the computer.
Take a walk around the block.
Come home and turn on the compute.
Try the cancellation again.
Sometimes the machine is just tired.

I do not disagree with the mouse in the camera.
I would recommend clearing the cache in your browser, or at least signing out, then signing in again after waiting 15 min or so. It is likely eBay and not you, but can be hard to tell.
