Is it possible to offer in one listing, three pieces of furniture by the same manufacturer and same style group, each piece available separately or in combination?

"same style group" - does that mean something like a couch, a chair, etc @naturguy ? If so then the answer is no.
Variations are meant to offer variations of the same item, not different items. So a chair that comes in different colors would be OK on the same variation listing while a chair, a couch and a loveseat from the same collection would not be OK on the same variation listing.
However a chair, a couch and a loveseat sold together as a bundle would be OK on the same (non-variation) listing.
"each piece available separately or in combination" - if you have multiples of the same exact items then you'd have to create a separate listing for "in combination" than for singles and you'd have to spell out exactly what that combination is. Looking over your listings I am assuming you do not have multiples of the same items.
If you do not have multiples of the same exact items then either list together as a bundle (mentioned above), or create separate listings for each item. You can include a note in the listing description like, "check out my other listings for more items from this collection."

Yes if variation listings are available in that category. Not all categories can use them.

I have a listing for a 3-pack of stickers that are available in 3 different colors. I made a variations listing with every possible color combination possible, 7 of them.

Yes, I use them all the time. I really like them. They are handy for sure.
As I said above, they can't be used in every category. And I'd doubt that furniture was a category in which they would be available.

I also thought it unlikely, but when I created a test listing before typing up my above reply, I found that variations are available for furniture. The test category I used: Home & Garden > Furniture > Sofas, Armchairs & Couches
So it really depends what the seller has. Couches and chairs should not be put on the same variation listing. But 2 of the same chair in different colors in the same condition would be fine.

Thanks wastingtime101, you answered with absolute clarity. I previously couldn’t find any reference to my situation. I have two end tables that are different types and a desk. All have the same “family” style but all are different items. So, obviously, I’ll need to create three listings. I’m very grateful to have this Community resource.
