What's interesting is that my seller hub chart shows one of my accounts with about 500 listings with and good increase in page views on the day of my last sale, right when I uploaded over 100 new listings. I also noticed that over the past few weeks that my listing impressions have shrunk. You get those when you appear on a search page during someones search.
Getting some sales as usual every couple of days or so, and then nothing for over a month is not normal for that account. With that batch of over 100 new listings added everyday for about a week, I would normally see a good bump in sales, not a complete stop. What's going on eBay?!
I highlighted above, my last sale on Apr 24th, and it's May 31st today. eBay claims that there's nothing wrong with the account. I no longer believe them.

When I shop I look at price. Higher priced sellers of the same item help sell somebody else's exact same thing.

According to your sold listings you made 7 sales in the month of may.

That chart is from my other account, not this one. This account was doing 1 sale per week until my invoice came in. Then I got a few sales in a couple of days, and it's been dead again for the past week.

I had the same thing in April, almost for the entire month. I was lucky to get a US customer service rep who listened to my reports and figures. He passed the information on to tech support. I can't tell you what happened, but my visibility is back up along with the sales.
I'd give that a go.

I've been undercutting my competition with prices from 4.99 to 9.99 vs their 8.99 to about 40.00. My shipping is also half of theirs. They are all getting loads of sales per day, and I'm getting not one sale in 6 weeks. It's like my account is turned off.
I can post 2 years of charts to show all the sales back to back. This is just not normal.

Maybe you need to shake things up a bit. Try lowering your prices a bit or shipping costs. Don't blame ebay.

I believe he said he lowered his prices and his shipping was half the cost of his competitors.

You may need to tweak your listings and see what happens. it may take a couple days for the search to re-index after change around the title, but it does help me some. Having a sale can also help. Changing the title around using more keywords, mess with the price a few cents, item specifics, and description. See this website:

I would not lower your shipping costs if that is what it actually costs to ship that item. You will lose profit. Just tweak your listing a bit as I mentioned. Just see what happens.

YES! This month has been rough.. Maybe summertime will bring more sales.. Until then, tweaking listings to see if that helps.

@timemachine777 Would you consider posting that on the upcoming Weekly Chat starting at 4PM EST?

I just got back in, so I think I missed the boat on that one.
