Nonpayment from Africa and India

Why do bozos bid and then fail to pay from these places? I am putting up my item and excluding these places even if that means less activity. I just do not need the aggravation.

NPBs have been a fact of life since,     Forever.

In a minute,  somebody will post that you should use BIN on all your listings with immediate 

payment required.

I also block Africa, but not India. I have had very few problems. I avoid countries with problematic postal systems, economic unrest, corrupt customs or war.

You don't have to tolerate the behavior of obvious sport bidders.  Avoid auction style listings and list all you items at a fixed buy it now price with immediate payment required checked off.  No best offers either.

Sport bidders tend to avoid listings like what was suggested.  And sport bidders aren't just in Africa and India, they're everywhere.  Sorry this was your experience.  Good luck in the future.

Hope you don't really think that excluding certain locations will mean that you'll never have to deal with non-paying bidders.  Deadbeats can come from every location on the globe.

Do you know what to do if/when this happens?
