Non payment question

I had a “best offer” made on one of my Vintage Christmas items , I accepted it. That was on the 7th in the afternoon. I sent a payment reminder on the 8th.  Then again on the evening of the 9th.  Still no payment or response. What do I do now. Thanks

File an unpaid item dispute.  https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/  If they don't pay in 96 hours you can close it out. You will get your fees back and can then relist.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

First, do what @southern*sweet*tea says.

Then, you might be well served to read the eBay seller protection page(s), the buyer protection page(s), and the eBay User Agreement. The question you posed, with all due respect, is a very basic part of the knowledge every seller should have before they start selling, not after.

Reading these documents, as well as reading threads on these discussion boards now and then, tuning into the "Live Broadcast & Community Chat" segments when the topics are appropriate, webinars, et al, are all good ways to arm yourself with all the information (well, most of it, anyway) to conduct business on eBay, protect yourself as a seller, and provide good customer service to your buyers.

Good luck--and I love the items you've listed!
