Non-Topographical Postcards Promoted Listings with Item specific Subject Nude on Page 1

Postcards are lumped into 2 humongous categories:  Topographical Postcards and Non-Topographical Postcards.  Though eBay might allow nude postcards if there is an item specific Subject: Nudes, at the very least eBay should NOT allow Promoted Listings of  these nude postcards to appear on page 1 of Non-Topographical Postcards, as they do now on both smartphones and computers.  And who at eBay decides if a listing is a "sexually suggestive pose" and thus not allowed to be listed on eBay at all?  The ones I see on page 1 appear to be sexually suggestive poses.  eBay's Restricted Adult Items policy states:

  • Nude art listings that do not contain sexually suggestive poses or sexual acts are allowed, but they must include the item specific attribute Subject: Nudes.  They can be listed only in the following categories:
    • Art categories
    • Collectibles > Paper > Pin Up > Vintage (Pre-1970)
    • Collectibles > Postcards > Non-Topographical Postcards
    • Collectibles > Photographic Images > Risqué > Photographs

Actually I posted in hopes that eBay would update its Listing policy to exclude Subject Nude items from being shown, Promoted or otherwise, unless the Nude filter was selected.

Ebay is not here to see. This is just a community board.

You can contact them if you wish.
