No "sell item like this one" on app

I don't have/can't find the "sell item like this" button on my app. 

I'm in Canada if that means anything?

Speaking of that feature, the last time I used

...the "sell like" feature I didn't have that problem. 

Any advice or feedback is appreciated. 

I tried making this one message but it said I ran out of time to edit it and I can't delete it, hence the two separate messages.
