No matter how well you do, eBay will always find a way to mess up your store

Just received a MC011 Restriction. I have a 99.8% positive review rating, while delivering 97% of my items on time. All my listings were taken down, which I spent thousands for eBay to promote in the last half year. Now eBay support is telling me to remove my restrictions by providing identity, proof of address, and contracts with suppliers. I provided contracts with suppliers, but eBay said the information wasn't sufficient, when all the information they needed was there. Another eBay support member suddenly told me that's not enough as well. Now I need to have every single sale I had on this store be delivered. If any of you guys have used eBay standard envelope before, 1/10 of them go missing in the system and tracking just stops updating. 

 

Before this, I received payout restrictions because of "periodic checks" twice per month, completely stopping my money from going out.

 

To put this into perspective, I received a violent threat from a buyer after I cancelled his order (he was forcing me to ship 3 days ahead of the set date or I am supposed to partially refund him). eBay just say oh well that's too bad, and literally nothing happened to him. 

 

As a whole, I'm just so tired, giving it my all to make customer experiences the best, while eBay does not give a **bleep** and just restricts you with helpless outsourced support members.

Account was reinstated, lost all my views, watchers, and "items sold" for all my listings.
