No Carrier Scan Defect

I received a no carrier scan defect for a shipment last week.

I checked the tracking number and there are plenty of scans.

I contacted eBay via Chat.

Amber came on and told me that the scan was one hour after my handling time and closed the chat before I could respond to anything.

I have 1 business day handling time. The buyer purchased at 4:37pm my time which was too late to ship that day. Product shipped next day and got it's first scan at 3:13pm my time.  Less than 24 hours after purchase.

What is the deal with this???

What do you have your shipping cut off times set at? That could be the problem if you don't have them set. Cut off preferences

That's for same day shipping. I have all my listing set to 1 business day.
