I sold a couple pairs of shoes and they always go through the Authentication, but a recent pair i just sold (listed in the same auction as the others) seems the label is set to go straight to the customer and not the Authentication hub. Why is that and how could I contact someone to see why this is like that? I don't want to cancel on the buyer, but I also want us both to be protected.

All I can see is found in ebay's polices regarding eligibility...
It does state that ebay can change the eligibility requirements at any time without notice.
I do know to be covered under seller protection for an item not received claim that you MUST ship to the address that came with the payment. So make sure to purchase the shipping label through ebays portal as that will be proof you shipped correctly.

@skorpio292 what was price, brand, condition? Did the listing show the authenticity guaranteed badge on it?

I found out that the person buying was in Puerto Rico and using a PO Box, therefor eBay would not Authenticate the shoes. Thanks for the replies
