Tried relisting(3rd time)a pair of Nike basketball shoes and Ebay rejected it. Said it was in violation. After many tries making changes I had to modify the Nike to get it to list. What 's up this time?

If I were you I would take this listing down.
If ebay bots get a hold of it for the 4th time, they will do more than just take it down - you could lose your selling privileges.

What did they say was the violation?
Misspelling Nike to get around a violation report is just adding to your violations. If the first take-down was an eBay error you need to get that settled before committing a new violation in the relist.

You are flirting with disaster.
Once an item is pulled, it is on the bots radar. Relisting such items can lead to temporary or permanent suspension.
If you did this three times, you are really brave but taking a huge risk.
If you want to lose your selling privileges, you could get that wish.
As previously suggested, you might consider taking that listing down.

The problem might be that you are listing a EU size from the US.
Nike's VeRO statement (link above) states that selling Nike products outside of the territory that they were originally purchased in is "risky" ... Nike shoes purchased in the US would have US sizing.
And obfuscating the "Nike" is just going to get you in more trouble. Is it really worth your account to sell this ONE pair of shoes?
