Hi please help me I am a newbee. Okay so I sold a doll and the woman asked me to cancel the order (I did so because I had not yet printed the shipping label). So I guess I was charged Ebay fees and if so how do I get back my Ebay fees since she was totally refunded? Thanks for any help!

No you don't need to do anything else.
So you are not aware of the 30 cent fixed transaction fee? It is on all transactions. Below is a link you should read through as many times as you need so you completely understand the fee structure as that is critical to pricing your items.

Welcome to Ebay.
You are only charged fees when a buyer pays. So if your buyer paid and you refunded them, all your FVFs would have been refunded to you except for the 30 cent per transaction fee.
If your buyer had not yet paid, no fees were charged to your account.
You can see what transacts in your account at any time by going to your Seller Hub, hover over the Payment tab, from the drop down menu select transactions.

My buyer did pay then 2 days later (it's the weekend) asked for cancellation on Sunday. Okay so all I have done so far was to fill out the cancell form and they got refunded, do I need to do anything else to get my fees back -the $0.30?

When I did my last "cancel" the $0.30 transaction fee was included in the refund of fees that I was given. YMMV
Prior to the last "cancel" the $0.30 transaction fee was withheld, and refunded at the end of the month. YMMV
Some "new" sellers have had issues trying to make a refund to the buyer ............................... seems an eBay coding issue that would not allow a refund when the funds were not yet available, and or they were required to provide a source for said refund of the monies that they did not yet have. YMMV

The only time Ebay refunds the 30 cent fixed transaction fee on a cancellation is when the buyer files for a formal cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. And request to cancel outside of that and via just an email to the seller the fee is not refunded.

I had a buyer that had a bad address.
I requested correct address.
I got no response.
I cancelled the sale.
The buyer was refunded.
I received the $0.30 transaction fee credit. YMMV
