New seller on ebay...need help

Hi All,

I'm a new seller.  I need someone at ebay to look at my account to answer some questions I have.  Does anyone know how to reach someone at ebay to help?  I'm going in circles on the ebay site.  Help pages are not helping.

Thanks!

Under "Sold" I have 3 items that are showing sold and waiting for payment. Also states "We removed this listing. Find out why in your messages.  Nothing in messages explains.  I assumed it was because the item sold. Items sold on Oct 22 and Oct 25.  Still no payment into PayPal account.  When I try to use the Item ID numbers to look up the item the system states it cannot find that page.  I also tried to use the Resolution Center, the system says Sorry, that item number is invalid.  I appreciate any help.  I am very frustrated.  Thank you.

Did you get any message at all?  Sounds like eBay removed your listings.  What were you selling?  Check your email?

It could be the item was not allowed, or   a fraudulent buyer.

Since you are selling name brands, do read the VeRO section about selling certain brands. Some companies are stricter than others.

And search you Messages and your email spam folder for messages about these.

Don't ship until you see a payment in Paypal. Ignore any other message about payment. If it's not in Paypal, don't ship.

If a listing is not paid after 96 hours (48 if you are in the USA) you can open an Unpaid Item Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

If the buyer does not pay (and some people are slow payers) your Final Value Fees (FVF) will be refunded and the deadbeat gets a Strike which makes it harder to buy on eBay and also will be unable to leave you feedback.

It would be a good idea to do some buying to build your feedback which is an indication of trustworthiness.
