New restrictions on Xbox Series S?

I have a listing for  Xbox Series S and my last sale was one month ago. Today I tried to change the quantity of my listing from 0 to 1  because I just had another one arrived. However, ebay does allow me and says "We limit the quantity that may be listed each week for this item. You've reached this limit and can't list any more at this time." - It doesn't make sense since it had been out of stock since the last sale.

I tried to list another version (Fortnite bundle) and it was not allowed either. I wonder whether ebay has changed the restriction on Xbox Series S. Does anyone else have the same experience?

We do not sell bundles on here anymore - too much fraud, too many returns and too many hassles.

I do not see one sold on this ID in the past 30 days.

I would reach out to eBay for Business on Facebook and inquire what the scoop is.  Send them a private message (button in the upper right hand corner).   Include your Selling ID, a brief summary of your issues with trying to list these and an email/phone number so they can reach out to you, etc.  Good luck!
