New listing tool?

Having issues with this new tool since yesterday. Been using the old one for 2 years now and yesterday this new tool showed up when i was trying to list. Does anybody know how to get back the old one back?

New listing tool?

I'm guessing this is new listing tool the Seller Hub uses.

Not looking forward to when they decide to foist it on the rest of us.

Can't tell you how to get the old SYI form back sorry.

It sucks. I wish there was a way I could go back to using the old one. Thing is, I'm not even using the Seller hub

Got an email that gave me 2 days to opt out, which I did. If you didn't get an email guess you got drafted into a beta test maybe. No idea if you could call CS and opt out?

A couple of users recently posted about this (or perhaps just something similar) - one of the people using it said they were able to opt out of the test any time if they wanted. Check to see if you can find a link somewhere to opt out. If not, call CS and see if they can assist you with that.

There's an old saying around here...."Today's new "test"/new tool/ect is tomorrows new policy or "look".

Yes it looks like the one I am using in the HUB. I like it, it is a simple one page design. Sorry it is not working out for original poster. We can opt out of the HUB anytime with a provided link on the home page so I would look for a similar link.

I wish I could OPT OUT!!  It just started forcing me to use it this evening.  The reason I do not use this PHOTO UPLOADER is because it is slow and innefficent.  Now I don't have a choice to use the "old uploader".  Here is what is happening to me:

The photos take much longer to edit.  Like many sellers I need to edit just about every photo I use on eBay.  The "old photo uploader" allows you to change the brightness, crop, contrast and then save.  It works pretty well and always has.

With this NEW uploader you have to do everything one step at a time.  Crop the photo, wait a few seconds, change the contrast, wait a few seconds, change the brightness, wait a few seconds.  The photos are going through much slower and wasting more time.

Just bumping this up.

Received the email on the 10th.

I need to opt out by the 15th. I don't even have it yet to know if I want to opt out. Geesh

Anyone else?

Maybe they've made some changes in the past week or so?  I just started using it a couple days ago and haven't had any problems.  Pictures are even showing up right away on my seller page and in search.

You sell new stuff, does it make sense for items without UPC?

I am also seeing this new style listing page.  Ebay did not send an email in any of my inboxes to opt out.   I like the former listing page because it was bolder looking and more easy on the eyes.  Nowhere on the newer listing form is a way to go back to the old style SYI.  I am also not opted in the new seller hub.

LOL I'm not seeing it, that's the problem. I received it in eBay and regular mail. I've never used the SYI. I use advanced to make sure they aren't throwing

something in on me. I am in the seller hub beta.

This is just part of the message, sent on the 10th, I don't want to get slapped:

Now, it's your turn to experience these benefits. Over the coming days, you'll see changes to your listing tool that will help you to create listings faster and more easily. Of course, if you don't want your listings to be faster and easier, you can opt-out before March 15th, 2016 by clicking here or after that date, by contacting us.

As always, we welcome your comments. Please use the 'Send us your feedback' link in the tool or visit our discussion board to let us know what you think. We're looking forward to hearing from you!

The SYI comes in two forms - basic and the advanced.

I believe if you're in the Seller Hub beta you automatically get the "new listing tool"
