New listing says - "Adult only item - Requires verification" I don't know why

I have chatted with 3 ebay representatives this afternoon and still don't have an answer.  I have 3 new listings that all require adult verification.  They are vintage pin up prints but not nudes.  I deleted one and started a new listing from scratch.  It still requires adult verification.  Does anyone know why this is and how I can get it to show up in search?

Could it be the words "Pin Up" is triggering the issue? Have you tried it without those words?

I will give it a try but there are plenty of other similar listings that use the term without this issue.

So today I learned that getting a call back from ebay is much more productive than using chat. 

I was told that this is a bug and that they are working to fix it.  Hopefully this helps anyone else who is having this issue.  Have a good evening all!
