New listing invisible, again

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I listed something a few weeks ago and it took a really long time (36+ hours) before it became visible. I took off the listing and someone messaged me about it, we came to an agreement. I relisted the item but now again, it’s not available. The buyer and I already came to an agreement, the item was already approved before, why can’t the buyer access the item? I send the buyer the link to the item but it’s not visible. I find this very annoying and I don’t understand it. I don’t want this to take 36 hours again, I want to sell my item. Please let me know how to fix this. Object number is 334556829205

I can't see that listing number either.  You should likely contact Ebay directly and see if they can tell you what is going on.  None of us here can look into your account.  We are all just members like you.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.

If when you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant, type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.

I see you're from the Netherlands.

What site did you list it on?

     I see nothing listed or sold on this account. As inhawaii mentioned what site did you list on and are you selling internationally? Where is your buyer located? I cannot see the listing even with the item number but then I wouldn't if you are not selling to the US.

"I don’t want this to take 36 hours again"

It likely will.  Is that the item number from the first time you listed it?   The second number may be a new one.

On the US site, even if the listings takes awhile to show up in the searches, you can call it up by listing number.

Cannot give you answer without seeing your listings or you telling us what it is you relisted.

@inhawaii  @Anonymous

Actually he listed the item #334556829205 at ebay.nl

Fortunately, he sold it today to buyer from United States.

but the thing that puzzled me, how the listing showed up at ebay.com while the seller (OP) listed the listing at ebay.nl ??

Anybody have explanation about that??
