I am to agree with a previous comment.
Changing the listing format never seems to help the seller. The previous format was fine.
I sell clothing and not all brands have the normal sizing. Those include Chico's, Torrid, Maurices etc but the new format does not allow those options. Changing the scheduling option adds time and unnecessary time.
Why change what worked???

That is a great question.
Many, many threads on this topic.
Likely because it did not "work" well on the mobile app.
It is cumbersome and my templates all stopped working. Annoying, at best!

I have never witnessed a company so hell-bent on breaking the ol' "If it ain't broke, don't fix it' axiom. I was once in education, and the way this ebay outfit is run very much reminds me of a government-run program. It seems, like the bureaucracy of government, there is a ruling structure far above and away from the actual day-to-day operation who enjoy making themselves "useful" to justify their existence, AND with a solid barrier of minions who take calls and thoroughly confuse and botch practically every instance of complaint because that is their job (and because they really don't know what to do - they aren't privy to the knowledge). There is one thing of which we can all be sure: as soon as we all adapt to this new format, and it all begins running smoothly again, the format will change once more. "It's enough to make you chew you're own foot off!"
