New Selling Format

I am no tech wiz, but since the new selling format has come out it seems to have made my templates HARDER to use. I can not see where I can switch from an auction format to fixed price, or vice versa. I don't see where I can add another category... am I missing something? This SEEMS to have made my life harder.

The item category is right under the Subtitle section. Click where it says Edit All Options on the right side.

As far a choosing auction, Ive seen the option before, but don't remember where I seen it.

what ??? is their a new way to list or do i have a virus ???  if this is a new way it is horrific..WHY does ebay do this all the time..if it ain't broke..don't fix it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And doesn't show ebay prices on shipping . I can't  spend 45min trying to make a listing. Not worth my time!
