So I’m selling Xbox one games activation codes, 1-2 days after dispatch I get message from the buyer saying he/she has not purchased the product and that It was a fraudulent buy,
i do dropshipping so when I get a buyer I go and purchase the product for them with my own money as new sellers money is withheld for 21 days, they then complained to eBay about the situation and eBay has then went and took there side of the story without getting in contact with me on my side of the story, there transaction to me has been cancelled and they are getting there money back and they have my activation code for the game and I am now down 40 euros per product, this is 5 buyers that have done this, am I getting scammed and why is ebay not refunding me my activation codes, why would they refund the buyer there money and there not refunding my activation codes, after adding all the money up I am now down a sum of 140 euro.. all I know now is that the buyer is scamming me he/she after using the activation code is telling eBay that there account has been hacked so eBay cancels there transactions to me and I also lose 40 euros of My own money and the buyer gets there money back. Help
