I sell a variety of items in my store, but my primary focus is sports cards. I create detailed listings and use a lot of item specifics. The new listing tool is completely destroying my store and my ability to list items quickly.
When I sort and scan my cards to have them ready for listing, I have them in an order that will enable me to list a card, click "create similar listing", make a few changes and repeat. Over and over and over. Quick and easy process with the old tool. That is GONE.
Here are the major issues I am encountering
1. The tool no longer anticipates item specific changes based on the new title. Instead of clicking "accept all" for the changes and moving on, I have to click a drop down arrow, then search for the new specific and click a + sign to add it. Somehow ebay wants us to believe that 50 clicks is faster than 1.
2. When updating a text related field in item specifics I have to enter the information 3 or 4 times. It constantly reverts back to the information from the previous listing. This happens with card numbers and serial numbers for graded cards.
3. The professional grading company on graded sports cards, clears itself after being selected. I have to constantly scroll back up to make sure it is still selected with the company I want before completing the listing. The majority of the time I have to select it multiple times to get it to stay.
4. Clicking "show more" on the item specifics makes the screen jump to the middle of the listing instead of just showing the additional specifics at the bottom of the list. Then I have to go back and update fields that have changed themselves after "click more" and try to find where I was.
5. The listing tool only uses about 1/3 of the screen. It is formatted in portrait mode instead of landscape mode and that is ridiculous for PC users. If you want to provide a mobile app, then limit it to mobile. PC users should be able to use an actual PC listing tool.
6. There was a very helpful workaround that allowed me to use the old tool the majority of the time until yesterday. That's gone now.
I'm sure there are other issues that I'm forgetting about, but my point is that this tool is total garbage. I make that clear in my feedback with these details after every listing. Of course, nothing has been fixed, no one has reached out about any of my concerns on suggestions, no one from ebay has ever explained to anyone why this change was made and customer service reps are completely useless.
I sell thousands and thousands of items. Spending 3-4 minutes on each item to triple check every field instead of 30 seconds is NOT faster and is making ebay extremely frustrating. The only conclusion I can come to is that ebay hates their sellers and they want us to take our business elsewhere.
I would LOVE for someone from ebay who works on the listing tool to actually contact me so I can discuss these issues and possibly get some answers. Of course, that will never happen.
Do ebay employees see these posts? Does anyone have any advice regarding the issues I've mentioned?

I have changed the way I listed cards to now use drafts, make a bunch of copies of a basic template and then do them all at once in the bulk edit tool. That basically got me back to my old speed with cards.
However I mostly sell gaming cards and nonsports. I feel like sports cards want more item specifics.
