Wondering if anyone else is having this issue. My August invoice is now available and while I see the total amount due there is no breakdown of activity: fees, etc. It is like this with both of my accounts, both have a bill date of the 15th of the month.
I'd like to know where/how the charges were derived from, but as-is there is no way for me to reconcile the total amounts. There was a 32 minute wait for CS so instead I opted for them to 'call me' which should be happening soon.
Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

Received mine today and it is normal, showing all fees and credits.

Silly me. I was trying to scroll down on the right of the whole screen rather than the inner scroll bar of just the invoice. I see everything correctly now that I am scrolling day in the wrong area. Duh. Been a long day.
