I feel that ebay should respect all the sellers with above performance for its wrong that a customer can give a negative review when there is suspicious ideas behind a order. For I love  selling and I feel bad that one cruel customer can affect my credit performance for I had a 100 performance rating now 95. Why does ebay only has customers solely in the light and not the sellers.

The feedback left for you by the buyer doesn't violate any ebay policy and is considered to be the buyer's opinion. I don't see any "suspicious ideas behind a order."

From the feedback, it sounds like the buyer contacted you to complain about the (perceived?) mold and had you responded with, "please open a return request for a refund," that feedback wouldn't have been a negative one.

"Suspicious ideas" what does that mean?

Was the buyer correct about contacting you and not getting an answer?

Even if there was a reason for eBay to remove the neg it's more than 6 months old so it's well beyond the time frame that eBay will consider removing the feedback.

Did you reach out to the negative feedback person to see if you could rectify the situation?

Sellers have not been able to leave positive/negative feedback for many years.

You have the ability to leave a reply to the negative feedback. If you choose to do so, make it professional and not personal. Future buyers may view your response and judge you based on the response more than the actual negative feedback. I would not worry too much about the negative feedback and just keep listing/selling. Eventually it will roll off and the more feedback you get, your percentage will go up. (obviously if positive) Buyers have the upper hand in most transactions so tread lightly and be smart in communicating with buyers.

Were Ebay to censor the negative FB any more than they currently do, they could become liable for any libelous FB they chose to allow to remain. Their immunity is worth more than any seller to them.

FB is nowhere near as important to EBay or buyers than it once was. And although no seller want negative FB, most who have small amounts of it see little effect on their business - unless there are a huge number of competitors selling identical or similar products.

Write a professional response and move on. Improve your customer service skills so that your buyers are less likely to leave negative FB when there is a problem transaction.

Contrary to its past reputation, Ebay is not a bazaar, souk or flea market.

You already posted about it once, no need for another post about it.

Have a great day.

Next time work with your buyer if you have an issue. Have them return the item. If you don’t respond then expect a negative. Honestly this situation was preventable.

if you spent as much time responding to the customers with issues as you do feeling victimized by your refusal to talk with them you probably would have a better time selling and not get negatives. a few weeks back I had a customer that just wasn't happy with the item so I refunded them and they left me a positive that let others know I'm trying to do the right thing and customers can feel safe that they aren't going to be scammed or ignored if there is an issue. I know it sucks to lose money but you'll lose a lot more money if you continue to have poor customer service. Imagine if you spent your money on an item and it just wasn't up to expectations would you want the seller to ignore you? it's that easy just do what you would want to happen if you were in their scenario. you would be amazed how many people just want a little bit of acknowledgment.

You need to familiarize yourself with eBay's Money Back Guarantee.  You can list your items as "no returns" but that does not mean "no refunds".   If a buyer files a Not as Described claim, you have the choice to accept the return, issue the buyer a return label and upon return of the item, issue them a refund, or if you don't want the item back, you can just refund.

If a buyer reaches out to you, as this buyer said they did, and you ignore it, it won't go away.  If the buyer doesn't receive a response, they can ask eBay to step in, in which case the buyer will get a refund and get to keep the item.   And many times, as this customer pointed out, that no response resulted in a negative FB.

If eBay prevented negative feedback because the seller said it was suspicious, then no seller would have any negative feedback.
