I have been selling for 1 month and have sold 37 items. The first 11 feedbacks I received were all positive. But the 12th was negative but said "exactly as described and fast shipping".
That doesn't make sense. I'm wondering how to maybe get it changed and not have to use a "feedback revision request" since you get such a limited amount.
I didn't see any other comments about a problem. I mean I got the order at 5:12 PM CST on January 4 and he received it on January 7.
I'm also wondering how to contact Ebay by phone for some other guidance. I know I have done it and they called me back but I can't find the phone number anywhere.
