Has any other sellers had a problem with no support from Ebay when wrongfully given a negative feedback especially when the seller has sold thousands of item with NO negative responses?

I've always wondered why ebay doesn't consider that in a dispute.
You've sold 7,122 purple widgets to "normal" people without any problem, then you get that one "special" customer who says it doesn't look like the picture or she thought it would be bigger or she thought it would be red or she thought was getting a 8-pack of widgets instead of just 1 widget.
The answer is YES we have all experienced a lack of support from ebay under these circumstances. Sorry.

Unless the buyer abuses you, outright lies in feedback, or states they are bargaining their feedback in any way - you pretty much have zero case and recourse as a seller. Ebay's policy is that buyer feedback is their opinion (whether it's correct or not), and the buyer has the right to voice that opinion.
The only thing you can do is talk it out with your buyer and get them to agree in an Ebay message that the feedback is erroneous. THEN you can contact Ebay and have them remove it. Otherwise, you can leave a feedback comment on their feedback. But honestly, it's just there to make you feel a little better. Nobody really reads them anyways.

Quite some years ago I was in a counselor's office undergoing some therapy when I realized the counselor was just going through the motions and I pointed that out... The man says to me, listen... You are my client, I am your counselor, this here is my job, I have to fill out these papers that have questions concerning you!
If you will please let me do my job, I am soon expecting a promotion and not only will you and I part ways but chances are good when you get to your next counselor your paperwork might reflect favorably upon you.
So basically, he said "I am playing the game and I play it good, play with me and we can both come out winners."
That being said...
I've been selling on ebay long enough to have experienced most everything so many times that today I play the game, I play it good and if the buyer plays with me we can both come out winners.
Should a buyer leave less than positive feedback I ALWAYS:
Submit a Request to remove feedback.
https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp/feedback
AND
Reply to the feedback with:
I am so very sorry, please return the product for a full refund.
That is all, thank you very much.
This has been a pleasant day.
