Negative feedback

Hi,

A buyer left me in one day 2 positive feedback, 3 Neutral feedback and 1 negative feedback.

The buyer opened a claim for one item but received a full refund. For this item the buyer decided to leave a negative feedback!!

Does it make sense that the buyer received a full refund, left the product with him and finally left a negative feedback in this case?

Thanks

Shopping for an item, paying for it, waiting for it to arrive, opening the package, and finding that it is "not as described" (in whatever fashion) is not exactly a positive buying experience--even with a refund.

Call Ebay customer service, They should fix the issue and make sure you block the buyer!

Yes, it absolutely makes sense that the buyer received a full refund, kept the product and still left a negative feedback.  A refund does not make everything magically right.  Keeping an item that has a problem with it may not be considered as an advantage to the buyer but to the seller who has avoided paying return shipping.

Negative feedback

Often times, the feedback is the buyer's opinion, for no other reason than they feel it was a negative experience.  Since the buyer had left you other FB that was positive or not negative, there isn't an obvious indication that it was vindictive.

It sometimes boils down to a buyer's tolerance for 'inconvenience'.  Some have a lower tolerance level than others, some have none.  It could have been worse.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

While it can certainly sting to give a refund then receive a negative, i think your buyer was trying to be fair. He bought 6 items and left positive feedback for two. He could have expressed his displeasure by leaving 6 negatives. And though it is a concern to have negatives in your feedback, it no longer counts against your selling metrics.

Negative feedback

You can contact Ebay and get at the very least the negative removed.  It does breach one of the rules for feedback which is that the result of a claim can not be mentioned in the feedback.  The neutrals I don't think you can get removed, but you can try.

How long did the buyer wait for the plants to "sprout"?  Did they give it enough time?

Here is the contact information for Ebay as I know calling may not be the best option for you.

It's important to be aware of where you post a question on Ebay’s Facebook page.  A comment on one of Ebay’s marketing posts won't be answered, but comments posted directly on Ebay’s page will.

Yes it makes senses. If I buyer buys something and does not get it they had a negative experience.

That's only supposed to removed the comment not the rating and the negative I'm looking at doesn't mention the outcome of a case.  It says the seller refunded

here is the translation of the negative the op has

item was not described well. There was refund by the seller.

Maybe yes, maybe no.  I've seen it both ways.

I would call ebay and ask all the feedback be removed. Its obvious the buyer made their purchases with the intent to damage your account. Your feedback shows they made 6 purchases, and the feedback left is clearly with the intent to damage your account. If this isn't feedback abuse, then I don't know what is.

If the Buyer wanted to leave the Feedback solely to damage the account, they would have left 6 negs.
