Negative feedback removal request

Hello eBay community What is the correct link for me to file an objection to a negative feedback? 

I want to send eBay support to review and delete the feedback?

Because the customer opened a case and took his money Because there was an error in the delivery address

And the product is now back to me I also sent it to eBay and they didn't respond 

 

My request is strange, but I tried to search for the page, but I could not find it

Negative feedback removal request

You really need exercise much more restraint when leaving a comment on a feedback you don't like.  Always be professional and nothing but professional.  Other buyers or potential buyers will see that and you ranting at your buyer or pointing fingers at your buyer isn't a good idea.  It shows the potential customers that you don't handle stuff very professionally and could be a problem.

 

The best way to get the FB removed or adjusted is to contact your buyer.  Being nice and professional, apologize if necessary, and ask them if they would be willing to adjust the FB they posted.  Kindness is key and so is respect.  If they agree to adjust the FB, then let them know they will receive an email from Ebay that will have a link in it so they can easily revise the FB.  Keep in mind these request have a shelf life and you can't issue them another one if they don't answer the first on.  So make sure you have an agreement before you send them the form otherwise it could just be a waste.

You can also just ask Ebay to remove the FB.  You can contact Ebay and ask them or you can do it on the site.  I don't recommend asking to have it removed using the Seller Help stuff as it almost always doesn't turn out well because it is reviewed by a bot not a person.
