Negative feedback left by customers after case is closed in your favor

I have contacted ebay several times about feedback left for me from a buyer. He had opened a case stating an item didn't work. I accepted the return and he never sent it back. The case was closed in my favor. He left negative feedback for me. I contacted Ebay several times and was told we will take care of this. I called today and they told me there was nothing they could do because my item in question was over 90 days. I have been a member since 2004. I had 100 percent feedback all this time. Now I am feeling like Ebay could care less about me or my business. Very disapointing.

Yes, very disappointing. But not unusual with eBay's customer service.  

 

You might want to try again with customer service and a fresh (whatever fresh could possibly mean) customer rep.

Try again, but speak with a Supervisor.

 

If all fails, accept what you do not have the ability to change.

This is what really frustrates the heck out of me. We get told to contact CS to get problems resolved. In this case it's a no brainer. Seller wins the case, seller should have negative feedback removed. Feedback not removed by CS.  Now 90 days later, no one has the power to fix something that should have easily been taken care of????

 

Ridiculous.

Sorry they didn't remove that for you, but I recall they do say they cannot do anything if the comment in question is over 90 days old.
