Is there anything I can do about this. The only 2 negative feedback I have is from people wanting to return Items after the return policy has expired.
SELLER, WILL NOT REFUND MONEY 4 NON WORKING PRODUCTS HE SOLD ME.
(I sold over 50 of these watches with 1 return, and upon testing that watch worked fine. He even ended a message with this) But 3 more ???? No way. I will make problems.
Honestly, after that. I don't want to deal with him any further. I will accept a negative feedback before I give into his sob story and threat.
Shouldn't I be able to get that feedback removed as he is demanding something outside of my/ebay's policy?

Yes, you need to call Ebay and explain the problem. Keep it simple, on point and keep your personal feeling out of the conversation. You will do better with them that way.
They should remove this FB for you.
You can tell the CSR you talk to the buyer is asking for something that you do not offer on your listing they purchased from, which is a breach of the rules and therefore should constitute removing this FB. The buyer is asking if not demanding that you extend your return policy because they need you to.
Don't deal directly with the buyer anymore. Give Ebay a call and let them take care of it.
If for any reason this doesn't work. Please come back and let us see if we can further assist you because that FB should go.
I'm sorry you are having to deal with this, but hopefully we can help you get it resolved.

...and please do not forget to block this buyer on your blocked buyers list so that he is unable to do this to you ever again.
Good luck.

I know it's frustrating. I used to fight every negative feedback I received for years by calling customer service and pleading my case, while I could get most of them removed through their rules some of them started sticking. Eventually I realized that the internet wasn't getting nicer, it was getting angrier and people were just adding insult to injury just to be mean. They don't care if that's how you feed your family, they just need to get their shots in. It's the way of the world. I found that as soon as my feedback would clear (12 months later) I would get another negative putting it back on the radar. It became nearly impossible to have a perfect record with all the miserable people out there. It's just how it is, sooner or later you'll get one for a customer.
Just give in to the fact that you will always have negative feedback. Look at how many the huge sellers get and you'll feel better about yourself. It's almost a right of passage now to have a few. Most customers are good and can see that your rep is solid. A few negative people are guaranteed in this business. It's not going to hurt you.
So my advice, don't stress over them. If you feel you are justified leave a feedback reply and forget about it. You'll live a longer happier life if you do.

@old-man-thunder I agree with @mam98031 on calling and asking to have the one neg FB removed. If they want something outside the original offering and are using Neg FB to accomplish that then its a violation of eBay's feedback Extortion Policy. Also, since they are outside the 30 day eBay return window THEY should know they have 180 days with PayPal to process a claim and file for a return for refund.

As far as your last comment "So my advice, don't stress over them. If you feel you are justified leave a feedback reply and forget about it. You'll live a longer happier life if you do."
This is something Iv'e been working on for years and have over come a long way. It was obvious that 1 person with 1 petty issue would make me lose focus and get half the ammount of work done. Also, when I'm out doing personal things I don't check my ebay messages anymore. It sucks as most are simple questions that I could answer and get a quick sale. But it's just not worth reading a **bleep**ty message and affecting my personal time. This whole ebay full time is a learning experience in more than one way.

Thank you for the advice. I called and was able to get this removed. I couldn't get the 2nd one removed as it was past 90 days that I received it.
I'm very glad it worked out for you. That is as it should be.
Yes that old one. If you had called to have it removed much sooner, they would have removed that for the same reason they removed this one. But still I'm very happy you got this one removed. That is exactly as it should be.
