Hi.
My last 2 negative feedbacks were left by mistake. The first one the buyer left feedback for an item I did not sell her and the second one the buyer left positive feedback under the negative option. Both buyers were contacted and agreed to a revision.
The first one kept sending me a revision through direct messaging. I explained clearly the revision came through email and got ghosted. The second one is a repeat buyer who, when messaged the second time, was expecting it through direct messaging. I explained it comes through email and again, silence.
Has anyone else experienced this? And is there another way to send the revision form to the buyer? I’m a small seller so it takes months to raise my feedback score.
