A buyer opened a case against me because he never received his 2 items. I emailed him prior to the case to please wait a bit more for the delivery due to the Hurricane Helene and I told him not to worry that I will send replacements if they don't arrive within a week. I explained to him in the Case messages if he wants them still or a full refund. He never ever responded to the case. So I ended up just giving him a refund and the case closed. One month later he left me 2 negative feedbacks!!!!!!!!!!!! I called ebay and explained the whole thing and they said they cannot remove them. Meanwhile ebay removed negatives for me in the past with no problem because I was right. Am I right in this situation????? My feedback has been 100% forever since being a member from the very first day ebay launched. I'm a fuming.
