Hello, I can use some explanation about eBay sellers performance and feedback. Within a week I received a negative response. None of the buyers informed us that they had experienced a problem with their goods.I send him a message to repay his full amount but there is no response. I want to pay his full amount and get rid of his negative feedback.

Unfortunately, it does not work that way. You cannot "buy" the Buyer's feedback or in your case, feedback removal.

Hi, sorry to hear you are having some difficulty with feedback.
I am afraid that offering a full refund does not automatically mean the buyer will change the feedback. Once you have worked out the issue with the buyer, then you can ask them if they will consider revising the feedback. Once they have agreed to do so, then you can send them a feedback revision request.
To be honest, it sounds like the buyer did not receive the item depicted in the listing. They were expecting a Warrior with tags, and received a Slushy without tags. If the photos show something with tags, then they need to receive exactly what is shown.
Also, are you selling knock off Beanie Boos? If these are as rare and hard to find as stated, how is it you have multiples on hand? You have sold 7 so far of the Warrior, all under market value. These were only available through Great Wolf Lodge in North America and were promotional goods. Yet you seem to have an unlimited supply from China. And how did you come by so many different rare and hard to find Beanie Boo items?

That would be considered a big policy violation.

OP is dropshipping fakes and they aren't even sending the right items.
@udara_store117 - Aren't you proud of what you sell? Otherwise, why have private listings? That (IMO) is a huge red flag.

Seems to be a bit of conclusion jumping going on there . . .

I’m only knowledgeable about Squishmallows and those are 100% fake.

The knowledge of people in this forum never ceases to amaze (and educate) me. I'm an unrepentant machinehead ex-punk with a terrible weakness for any kind of stuffed animal, and they all just look "cute" to me lol.

Mistakes will happen with drop shipping, as you don't have these items in your possession. It's doubtful the fb will be removed, because the wrong item was shipped to the buyer.

Buyers are not required to contact you before leaving feedback.

You do not need a response from the buyer in order to refund him in full. If you think that is the correct remedy, then just do it.

If you are hoping the buyer will agree to a feedback revision in exchange for a refund, that is against eBay policy:
Sellers aren't allowed to:
Offer refunds or other monetary compensation, or additional items or services that weren't part of the original listing, in exchange for buyers leaving specific feedback or revising negative or neutral feedback
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-policies/feedback-extortion-policy?id=4230
You will probably need to refund first and then ask for the revision.

Dropshipping that fake junk from China, you'll get plenty of negative feedback.
No, you can't pay to get rid of it.

I’m a 40 year old goth who has a Squishmallow problem lol
I discovered them during the Great Quar: their stuffing IS softer than any other plush I’ve ever had.
When my mental health took a plunge, I could have developed a drug habit, I chose Squish instead hahaha
