Hi eBayers,
One of my auctions ended last night and an invoice was sent to the winning bidder.
Today, the winning bidder has since left negative feedback on my profile (with just the letter ‘E’ in the comments), they have not contacted me, and they have not paid for the item (so I have not obviously dispatched the item yet).
I have been trading on eBay for a very long time and I have never come across someone who would do this.
I am concerned that I cannot find the eBay customer support number anywhere, as I fret that their call centre is closed as a result of COVID-19.
Is there any way I can please get this feedback removed off my account? I did not do anything to deserve that comment!
