Need to change settings to allow buyer to pay from Southern Ireland

Does the buyer say that they can't pay? If so, what are they suggesting?

If the buyer is suggesting that you send them an invoice or an e-mail to discuss it with them, be aware that it may be a scam.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

You are located in the UK. If your listings state you ship to the UK, isn't Ireland part of the UK? Perhaps you have another block in place and that is why the buyer can't pay.

I suggest you return to your home site and ask there:

Northern Ireland is part of the UK, The Republic of Ireland ("southern Ireland" - no such thing actually) is not. It's a separate country.

"Ireland" (or the "Republic of Ireland") is a separate country. There is no such thing as "Southern Ireland"

Ireland is part of the EU.

Check that you are not blocking sales to the EU.

According to your listings you only ship to the UK so if the buyer has already clicked on buy it now should be able to go to send invoice and specify a cost and shipping method to Ireland. If they haven't yet purchased it, you can revise the shipping in the listing itself so that you ship to Ireland.
