Need to change the category name in settings

Hi,

I need to change my ebay account category. I gave category name as electronics  during create my account. but now need to change it to "Home & Garden". but can't find the location in settings.

Not certain I understand.  You can list items in any available category - your Seller ID is not restricted to sell or be aligned with just (1) category.

When you are listing your item, based on your title, e-Bay will offer you suggestions as to the correct category to list your item in.  You can also "search" categories at that time as well to best choose where to place your listing.
