Need quick help, can't remember if buyer can make address change

I had a sale earlier today while my phone was on silent, didn't even know it until late tonight, and also I see they wrote:


I don't think I've had this before, just half-memories of seeing people say never change a buyer's address, and the other half saying it's totally fine, because people ask to have items sent as gifts to family, etc.  But is that something the buyer would have done before paying?  Ugh, if the best thing to do is just cancel for problem with address and relist, that's what I'll do.  I just hate that I made a buyer wait this long for an answer.

You can't change it after the fact.

The only way to do it is to refund/cancel the original order (Use Problem With Address or Buyer Requested), relist the item and have them purchase again.

Just cancel due to problems with the address & refund the original order. Then relist the item & tell the buyer to place a new order with the correct delivery address. 🙏
