Need help with identification please

This is from Smith Phillips and is semi-porcelain.

I just don't know what to call it.  It would be ok to use as a mug but the scalloped edges would feel weird.  It has the slightest of spouts so a creamer?

I've checked here and 2 other places plus Googled it and can not find anything similar.  Thanks in advance.
