I looked up the address it appears to be a Canadian shipment business where Canadians can drive across the border to pick up packages. Called My American Address which is fine but google says the business is permanently closed I tried calling them and the number doesn't work.
Buyer has address listed as
3522 1-75 Business Spur
Sault Saint Marie MI 49783
Ebay suggest
3522 1-75 Business Spur
Sault Sainte Marie MI 49783

eBay also flagged it as an unverified address. As did shippo.

As someone who Googles customer addresses quite often, mostly out of boredom, I agree that Google is not necessarily up to date.
The picture of my house is from May 2018.
And they come up blank on gated communities, Indian reserves, and occasionally owner's seem to have demanded the building be masked, like this:
Contacting the buyer and asking that the address be confirmed would be polite and save both buyer and seller time and anguish.

@hartungcards wrote:The buyer shouldn't have to confirm their address. You just ship it to the address they provided. If it's not the right address, that's the buyer's problem. If sales over $100 make you nervous, then you probably shouldn't be selling stuff on the internet.
I was polite enough to not give you any unsolicited advise. Please do me the same courtesy.

As far as I can tell, the other business that has records at that address is not there anymore either. They have another location in Grand Rapids, MI, which is still active, and no indication on their website of any other address. I did not find anything that suggested than any business is active there at this time. I could not find any active business which has a website that gives that address.

Well, now I am going to give you some "unsolicited advise." You really need to stop taking this all so personally. You know, it's not always all about you.

I'm not the one taking anything personally. You're correct about one thing: "it's not always all about you".
You need to stop telling everyone else what to do. You don't know everything, and it's very clear that there's a lot you don't know. Including the definition of "unsolicited", as well as manners, courtesy, and how to speak to others in society and online.

It is on me because even i it gets sent back to me I got to eat the shipping cost now and relist it. Buyer doesn't lose anything.

Your right I don't know but I do know new businesses would of updated google by now that place has closed down for 2 years. I sent the product as some of you said and guess what its being returned to me now.

It becomes your problem when it gets returned and you have to refund the order or pay for shipping again lol.

Buyer doesn't lose anything. But does not gain anything either.
And I believe you can refund the item price, but can withhold the shipping fee.
