Need help ... How can I cancel an auction person from Korea won ?

How would be the best way to cancel this auction. Buyer sent me two emails saying she couldnt pay because she doesnt have paypal. Next thing I know she bought it and it says payment is pending. She is brand new and lives in Korea. I have always

had in my preferences USA bidders only. Dont know why ebay stills lets overseas

bidders win my auctions. Sales are scarce right now, but I sure wish ebay could

do something about this. Does anyone have any advice how I should handle this ?

I see USA only. I could justify cancelling it as 'Problem With Buyer's Address', if it were me. Good luck!

I do not see Korea on your excluded list just so you know.

Since payment is pending, you will have to refund and then cancel the sale.

You do have other countries blocked so the buyer must have a US address.  They wouldn't have been able to pay either unless they had a US address since there is no international shipping cost.
