Need guideline to appeal for account restriction

My account selling privileges are restricted due to community risk. how can I complain or appeal for that

Sorry for your situation.  It appears you have some unhappy customers based on your feedback.  You also appear to be infringing on copyrighted logos like Batman.  Big problem.  Copyright infringement can get you into some serious trouble, not to mention a hefty fine.  Unfortunately none of us here can help you get your account re-instated & if eBay feels you are a risk, it is doubtful your account will be restored.

You can't.  Your selling days are over on eBay.

I know this must be so difficult. Did the message from eBay state you are “indefinitely” restricted? If so, there is no avenue for appeal, i’m afraid.
