Hello, welcome to the United States forum. I'm very sorry if you had a poor buying experience. Do you want to return the item? Have you tried contacting the seller with your concerns? You know eBay has a Money Back Guarantee. If you did not receive what was advertised in the listing, you can go to the Resolution Center and open a Not As Described case against your seller. Sellers are not allowed to mislead buyers. You can also report the problem to eBay from the listing. Just before the description, on the right hand side of the page is a link that says "Report Item." If you click on that, it will take you through the prompts. Good luck with it. I hope you can get it resolved.
PS--Before making a purchase, it is a good idea for buyers to check out the seller's feedback. The seller of the item you reference in your post has many complaints against them for not sending what was ordered, i'm sorry to say.
