Name That Item - Auto Parts - Bearing Carrier?

I find a lot of these Amazon Chinesium auto parts. They never have a part number on them. I am having a hard time identifying these. They are 6-8" long. Looks like a bearing carrier for a small car. Anyone familiar with this part?

Those are blade spindles for a riding lawn mower deck.
