Name Change

I;ve tried to change my User name from jmejam_me4czk-(13)- to Jamwashi23 at least three months ago. I've tried the Account method and it is telling me that the name is not available.  I have an eBay store, "YAKAH's" and the Username is jamwashi23. Listings were placed under jamwashi23.  Now when I want to make a placements/ listings it goes to  jmejam_me4czk-(13).

I understand that I will lose jmejam_me4czk-(13)-, even though it has years and ratings under the name. I have again waiting three months for this to be done. I'm making sales under jamwashi23/YAKAH'S  I am awaiting your reply so that I may continue my listings.    thank you in advance for your reply.

Sign out of your @Anonymous and log into the other account. They have different emails and probably different passwords.

It appears you have Two USER IDs.

You can't change this one to be the same as one you already have.

Just log out of this one and log into the other one then any listings will appear on that account.
