What is wrong with the classic site on the mobile site? Im trying to get to the page to enter a tracking number for a sold item and it takes me back to mobile site which doesn’t even have a tracking number option! I have tried many avenues and still reverts me to mobile site! The only way I can enter a tracking number is by jumping on my desk top computer.
I’m using an iPhone and I’ve been having lots of problems with eBay and I’m seriously thinking of disconnecting my account because it’s been so frustrating that the mobile techs can’t or won’t fix this ongoing issue! This issue is on Safari, Chrome and Firefox! The problem also exists on their mobile app! I have called eBay multiple times and they said it’s been an issue they are trying to fix but it’s been well over a year since this problem! Fix your mobile site eBay! Ebay is taking our money and we can’t don’t get full proper access to their site!

I understand your frustration. To bypass funky mobile programming, I sometimes switch to Desktop Site view on my Samsung. Not sure it works on iPhones but it may be worth a try. Hope it helps. 🙂

Thank you for your response but the desktop site is the same as classic site. Does not work 😞

As manny members are already aware there is a infestation of glitches and issues.
We hope that remedial action will be successfully undertaken soon.
We are grateful for what continues to function.
Yes , it has been acknowledged some issues have been in existence for years. Your patience is still required.

The mobile site is bare-bones... IMO useless. I run my entire eBay business from the iPhone app since 2012 (well 99% of it) because desktops are so 2011 lol. I have to use the classic/desktop
version to enter SKU’s and to view a potential buyer’s feedback left for sellers and doing that on an iPhone is tedious because it insists on switching to mobile view.
Anyways, the only workaround that bypasses the mobile site for the entirety of the user session is choosing “request desktop site” on my iPhone (see photo).
